I don't think latias should be banned as it is essentially a toned down latios much like mew is to mewtwo. For same reason I wouldn't ban mew. It's now stinger than jirachi or celebi and they aren't on the list.
I would also ban the ability moody. It's so haxxy!

No, just Magikarp. Feebas can do this (technically, Feebas can do this better than Magikarp, as Feebas has a higher Attack stat), but Magikarp is so much cooler than Feebas. Unown, and just about everything other "weak" Pokémon cannot do this. Not as well, anyway. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ye7b3bOQ6lY

Unown can't because it's only attack is special. Smeargle would need to set up three nasty plots.

Unown simply can't do it. While its Special Attack is much higher than Magikarp's and Feebas' Attack, its Speed is almost half of theirs, and can't be boosted due to weather. Besides, as awesome as an Unown sweep would be, a Magikarp sweep is cooler. At least it is in my opinion.

Excadrill and Thunderus have been added to Smogon's Uber list. I need reasons why they should/shouldn't be added to ours.

Excadrill in sand reaches speed stat of 600+, has a attack equal to garchomp and scizor, and has 110 base HP. Reason enough to ban excadrill?

Afraid not.
HP without defense is worthless, and vice versa. While Excadrill's HP is high, his defenses are not. A single Mach Punch is enough to take one out. Another easy way of countering it, is to counter the sandstorm itself. Garchomp has slightly lower HP (Excadrill has base 110 while Garchomp has base 108), and much higher defenses. Even with a double weakness to Ice, Garchomp does not faint from an Ice Shard from a Mamoswime, the strongest Pokémon with Ice Shard.
Although I am not going to add Excadrill to the Uber list yet, I am going to take your argument to consideration. If anyone else thinks the same about Excadrill, I may add it.
Personally, I think it's the ability that should be banned. Smogon has banned the combination of Drizzle and Swift Swim on the same team, but why not Sand Stream and Sand Rush? Excadrill is causing the same problem that make the Drizzle/Swift Swim combo banned.
Smogon's overview for Excadrill: "Excadrill is a legend amongst the Pokemon introduced in BW, and is infamous for its ideally distributed stats and unbelievable sweeping potential in a sandstorm. Hitting a raw Speed stat of 604 in a sandstorm with no setup whatsoever, Excadrill outspeeds Deoxys-S and even base 130 Speed Pokemon with a Choice Scarf. It's absurd to think that it gets even better than that, but for example, access to Rapid Spin makes Excadrill an even better offensive Rapid Spinner than Starmie ever was. You'd also think that such an offensive Pokemon would be very frail, but no; in fact, Excadrill has enough bulk to avoid being OHKOed by pretty much any neutral attack, and has a typing that affords it numerous resistances and key immunities to Thunder Wave and poison. After you look at all of Excadrill's seemingly boundless strengths, it's no wonder why it's atop everyone's threat list this generation.
Excadrill is a phenomenal Pokemon, and the only reason it isn't banned is because it has weaknesses that can be exploited and there still exist Pokemon that can beat it. Powerful priority, such as Mach Punch from Conkeldurr or Aqua Jet from Azumarill, tears Excadrill down. Also, one of the biggest issues with Excadrill is that Drought Ninetales and Drizzle Politoed exist. If a sandstorm isn't raging, a huge list of Pokemon crop up as checks and counters to Excadrill. Furthermore, while Excadrill's type coverage is spectacular, its three move coverage almost always leaves it vulnerable to something, such as Bronzong when lacking X-Scissor. These things come together to make Excadrill more balanced than you might be led to believe, but nonetheless one of the most threatening Pokemon in existence."
Smogon's overview for Thunderus: "Because of Darkrai, Thundurus is a rather overlooked Uber despite its wonderful offensive stats and a high base 111 Speed. However, its immunities to Ground-type attacks, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and access to the most powerful Thunder in the game after a Nasty Plot boost all differentiate it from Darkrai. Thundurus also gets the excellent Prankster ability, which endows it with a priority Thunder Wave and Taunt, allowing it to stop most entry hazard leads in their tracks. Choice Scarf users such as Palkia and Zekrom fear to revenge kill Thundurus since it can leave a parting gift in the form of Thunder Wave, crippling them for the rest of the match. Thundurus can also stop a sweeper such as +1 Dragon Dragon Rayquaza in an emergency with Thunder Wave, although Thundurus will usually die in the process. Unfortunately, this genie has its share of weaknesses. Thundurus is incredibly frail, even moreso than Darkrai, and it suffers from a crippling Stealth Rock weakness, which ensures that it will never last too long on the battlefield factoring in Life Orb recoil. Nevertheless, with the proper team support, Thundurus can be very difficult to stop, and is a threat which every team should watch out for."

Why is Wobbuffet banned....?

The same reason he was banned in third and fourth gen. Even though Encore got nerfed (which is why Wobbuffet is banned), it still using the same strategy, and it's only slightly less effective now. Besides, it's so underused, even in ubers, there's no point in changing it.
